A well-crafted strategy contains the right messages and delivers them in the right formats using the right digital platforms at the right times.
I assess clients’ communication objectives, business situation, target audiences and digital assets and recommend which platforms should be used and how best to use them. The strategy includes guidelines for message content, timing and frequency and describes how different digital assets work in concert with one another.
Lastly, the strategy incorporates performance metrics so you can see how well the campaign(s) and message(s) are succeeding. This feedback enables you to refine the strategy and improve its performance.
